Again this year the Concordia Historical Institute in St. Louis has honored Lutheran Quarterly publications with Awards of Commendation.

Under the category of Major Works in 2024, CHI commended the LQ Book edited by Robin Leaver, A New Song We Now Begin: Celebrating the Half Millennium of Lutheran Hymnals 1524-2024 (Fortress), with chapters contributed by LQ directors Gracia Grindal and Mark Granquist.
